Miramichi Valley Senior Boys to Tip-off the 2014-15 Season

Miramichi Valley and James M Hill senior boy's basketball teams will be co-hosting an early season tip-off Friday November 7 and Saturday November 8. This will be the first opportunity for teams to play games for the 2014-15 season. MVHS will face provincial runner-up Leo Hayes on Friday at 6 PM at MVHS. JMH will take on Northeastern Conference champs Riverview High at 7 PM. Simonds High from Saint John and Harrison Trimble from Moncton will also be involved in the tip-off. Miramichi Valley coach Richard Stewart commented " It is always nice to test yourself early in the season to see where you are at. The boys are looking forward to playing after practicing for the last three weeks." All games will be held at Miramichi Valley and James M Hill. The full slate of games is listed below.
