MVHS Senior Men Hosting NE Regional

MVHS will be hosting the NE Conference Regional for senior boys on February 12th and 13th. Any Miramichi Hoops players wearing Pulamoo gear will be allowed to attend for free. MVHS features many former Miramichi Hoops players.

MVHS will be hosting the NE Conference Regional for senior boys on February 12th and 13th. Any Miramichi Hoops players wearing Pulamoo gear will be allowed to attend for free.  MVHS features many former Miramichi Hoops players.   All games will be played at MVHS.  The top 4 teams from the Regional will move on to the Provincial Sectional on February 19th and 20th.  The winning team at the Regional will also host one of the two AAA Provincial Sectionals for senior boys being held in the Province.

Action tips off on Friday at 1:00 PM with the #2 seed from the North W.A. Losier taking on the #3 seed from the East, River View High School.  At 3:00 PM the #2 seed from the East Moncton High will face the #3 seed from the North, ESN.  The winner of game 1 will face the #1 seed from the East Bernice MacNaughton at 5:00 PM and the winner of game #2 will face the #1 seed from the North MVHS.  On Saturday the two losers of the semifinals will play for third place and the championship game will go at 1:00 PM.  The full schedule is below.  Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for students the day .
