Registration is now open for the 2024-25 basketball season! Early bird registration price is in place up until September 27.
Registration for the 2024-25 basketball season is now open. Sign-up before September 27th for early bird pricing, all programs will increase in price by $50 after this date. This year we are required to have a new online registration system through Canada Basketball. Fees must now be paid via credit card when registering. There will be an additional $8 Canada and $12 Basketball NB fee that you will be required to pay as part of each registration. You will also be required to create a free account with RAMP if you have not already done so with the spring registration. Information for each of the River Hoops programs for the 2024-25 season can be found below.
U7 Jr. NBA Boys and Girls (2018-19) This is a once a week introductory program focused on fundamental skills, games and fun. This program will begin on the first Saturday in November and continue until the end of February. All sessions will be on Saturday afternoons and last for 75 minutes. Each player will receive a shirt and a basketball. The cost to register for the U7 Junior NBA program is $75 for the season
U9 Jr. NBA Boys and Girls (2016-17) This program will begin the first Saturday of November and run until the end of February. There will be one training session through the week and a house league (games) on Saturday's. Players will be placed on house league teams and will receive a uniform (shirt) and a basketball. There will be a male house league and a female house league. The cost to register for the U9 Junior NBA program is $75 for the season
U11 Girls (2014-15) This program will run from October until the end of February. There will be one training session through the week and a house league (games) on Fridays from 5-7 PM. Players will be placed on house league teams and will receive a reversible jersey. There will be a male house league and a female house league. There will be an opportunity for players interested in a travel team(s) for U11. Players that don't want to travel and just participate in the house league program can. The cost to register for U11 is $100 and their will be an additional $75 fee for any players that play on a travel team.
