Final Tryout for U12, U13, and U14 Teams

Attention all players in grades 6-8! The final tryout for the U12, U13, and U14 teams is just around the corner. Here are the details you need to know:

Date and Time:
Thursday, September 26
6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Locations:

• Boys: Max Aitken Academy
• Girls: Gretna Green School

Important Information:

• Closed Tryouts: To ensure a smooth and focused tryout process, parents are kindly asked to refrain from attending. The space along the sides of the court is needed for cross-court scrimmages and space in the gyms is limited.
• Commitment: Players selected for competitive teams must be dedicated to attending practices, city league games and competitive team games. Competitive teams practice 2 to 3 times each week and participate in games and tournaments on weekends. Players that play on a competitive teams also participate in the local City League. Players and parents that are not prepared to make this commitment should play in our local City League, with one game night and one practice each week.

Teams will be posted on the River Hoops website by Monday September 30th. We look forward to seeing you showcase your skills and passion for basketball. Good luck to all participants! 🏀
