Junior Her-icane U16 Elite Have Successful Debut Weekend at Mt. A Tournament

This past weekend marked a historic moment for the Miramichi Her-icane U16 Jr. Elite girls' basketball team as they made their debut at the Mount Allison University Spring Tournament. The Hericanes showcased resilience, determination, and balanced scoring throughout the competition, earning their first-ever program victory and advancing to the tournament final.

Game 1: Hericanes vs Dartmouth Evolution

In their first game in program history, the Hericanes battled hard against a talented Dartmouth Evolution squad but came up just short in a 44-40 loss. The team took the court with excitement and energy, exchanging early baskets before both teams settled into a strong defensive battle.
