River Hoops Spring Clinic Series for U13 and U14 Players

The clinic will once again feature two sessions:

• Girls: 1:00 – 2:30 PM
• Boys: 2:30 – 4:00 PM

Leading this week’s sessions are Ian Watters and Jack Bell, two outstanding young coaches with strong playing and coaching backgrounds.

Ian Watters is a former university player at UNBSJ and St. Thomas University (STU). He has also gained valuable experience as an assistant coach with Team New Brunswick U15, and currently works with the MVHS Senior Girls program. Ian brings a strong understanding of the game along with a focus on skill development and decision-making.

Jack Bell is the current head coach of the MVHS Senior Boys team and serves as an assistant coach with Team New Brunswick U17 Boys. Jack is known for his high-energy approach and ability to connect with players while emphasizing fundamentals, competition, and team play. Both Jack and Ian run the Basketball NB Junior Elite Development Program for the North.

This clinic continues to build on the strong momentum from the first two sessions, offering players another opportunity to develop their skills, compete, and learn from knowledgeable coaches in a positive and engaging environment.

All players registered in the River Hoops U13 and U14 Spring Programs are encouraged to attend. Players are reminded to bring a reversible jersey and a water bottle.
